Every time I post that I need a chip I get a LOT of emails from folks who want to sell them to me. That's ok... but.

Please note that first and foremost, I prefer to trade for -current- table chips... however...

It costs me approximately $1.25 to mail a trader plus the $1 chip for a total cost of about $2.25. Therefore, I am willing to pay $2.25 - $2.50 for a -current- table chip and no more regardless of where it may originate.

Any more than that and I will take my chances on ebay where I can usually scrounge em for an average cost of about $2.75 (and those sellers have fees to cover).

I know that this is a business for some of you and you are certainly free to charge whatever you want and others may be perfectly willing to pay it. Just letting you know where I'm coming from.
