Found this high relief 3" bronze 1982 Playboy Atlantic Ciy medal at the Garden State Numismatic Association show this afternoon.

Has anyone seen one like it before? Does anyone know what the occassion for its issuance was? I do know that the "Citius Altious Fortius" legend on either side of the Playboy bunny logo is the official motto for the U.S. Olympics. It means "Faster-Higher-Stronger". Will show the reverse side of this medal in a follow up post.
