Roy, I had Direct TV for at least 5 years. Not one service call was required during the entire time. Only inconvenience, when storms knock out the signal. I would still have Direct TV today, if not for an incredible offer from Charter for digital cable, $47.99/month, includes 36 premium movie channels, requiring 2 year commitment. I already had Charter Pipeline and get a $10/month discount on that service. Direct was great, but got a little pricey.
