I know what Lee's point is and I know what you are saying and I agree with you both. But when someone posts something on the internet they are opening themselves up to that "borrowing" by others. Ebay should not allow you to use a picture in your auction that another member has uploaded but they do. You could still just copy the file to your computer and then upload it to ebay. An example is below.
