Unbelievable. Look at this eBay auction, chip4sale is the seller:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=63750&item=6177986726&rd=1
Look at the auction picture and note that the description states "The chip is very clean and in "near mint" condition.
Now look at my closed auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6176550751
In this auction the description states "The chip is pretty clean and in used condition."
IT'S THE EXACT SAME PICTURE! "chip4sale" not only took my picture without my permission, he upgraded the condition of the chip. He also came pretty close to copying my description. eBay Rules state: " eBay members are not allowed to use another eBay user's pictures or descriptions in their listings or About Me page without the owner's permission. Listings that violate eBay's Picture and Description Theft policy may be removed early. Multiple violations of this policy can result in suspension."
Who is "chip4sale" on eBay? I say he is a crook!
