Don; What are the opinions of other knowledgeable collectors who are familiar with RCCL "wet chips"?

I recently bid on and won a chip that was described as being from Puerto Rico (link below)and after checking with other collectors of Puerto Rico chip collectors discovered that the chip was not from PR and the seller agreed not to recognize my winning bid.
