There might not be a quarter of the traffic in east TN (Tri-Cities) than Vegas, but the sheer stupidity of drivers here never ceases to amaze me. A couple of my favorites are to be traveling on the interstate, going at least 70, and a car in front of you slows down to 35 before taking the exit. If an exit is posted at 35 mph, you wait until you are on the ramp before braking hard. Another similar peeve, is for a driver to be turning right into a restaraunt on a road where the speed limit is 45-55, and they literally stop in the right lane to turn, rather than get to the roomy shoulder to turn. I guess they are scared of scrubbing their passenger side tires, but don't care of the mess they cause behind them.
