Terry, Celine is not for me either. I would go see Elton John if he were at Caesars next week, but I don't really care for Celine's style.

It seems like we are about a week or so too early this year, as there are some great events we will be missing. Jerry Seinfeld, U2, Paul McCartney, Lyle Lovett, plus many others I would really like to see. I went to college with Kenny Chesney, and for the last couple of years, we've just missed seeing him at Mandalay Bay.

If I lived in Vegas, gambling probably wouldn't be my downfall, as much as going to concerts would be. I'm lucky in that in my area of east TN, I can see many acts (both established and up and coming) for a relatively decent price. A short trip over the mountain to Asheville, NC at the Orange Peel is a great venue for alot of newer, lesser well-known bands.

I guess missing all of these acts will give me an excuse to try and plan another trip later this year!
