I believe that "most" is correct. Again, that's my opinion. I would give you some simple search examples but everytime I do that, it offends someone.

Getting back to the topic at hand, IMO no seller should require a buyer to purchase insurance as a means of washing his hands of respsonibility. It is just plain wrong.
