Howdy all -

I just wanted to post a "thank you" to Jim Shaffer. He recently sold me a set of chips via ebay. Well in transit the USPS did quite a job on the package. A couple of the racks were ruined and (more importantly) 5 of the chips were destroyed.

I let Jim know about it and he offered to replace the chips no charge. Great guy to do business with.
