Why cash them in? Seneca Niagara is a young Casino, how many do you lack? I don't have the Poker Room Chip and the Fun Nite chips but I don't want to cash mine in. I'm still looking for a $10.00 slot token from there (all I get are thoise stupid paper receits from the machines).

I found collecting chips you not going to get them fast. Stick around, watch the Board here, look at eBay. You'll find them sooner or later.
