By the way, a billion is easy for me to quantify:
it equals 1,000 million dollar homes, or 100 $10mil homes (I'm from California, both are easy for me to visualize!)...
-Bellagio cost $1.6 billion (a steal, if you asked me)
-Wynn Las Vegas cost $2.7 billion - time will tell...
