Slot cards and TITOs. Cards that are pre-printed "RED CARD" and a number, are used as temporary cards. Attendants hand these out, record the number and your identification information. You them use the card and at your convenience you stop by the slot club booth and trade your temporary card for a card issued with your name. Blanks were hard to come by, as my wife could only get the one. (Yes, this means I do not have a trader.)

She also got me several TITOs. Based on the amount, I guess they have penny slots somewhere on the floor!
