I had to think very hard at what I wanted to collect, as it can get out of hand. So I decided I will collect only $1.00 chips from the US and Canada amd my speciality is my horse collection. I would sell some $1.00 chips to get a horse chip if I needed to. I to am on an retired income and its about to get less with United terminating the pension plan. So I will have to make another decision. Its like anything else. How much can I have in the house. 1 TV or 5 TV's or an SUV or Volks Wagon. Only you know your limits. I agree with the others. We all collect different chips and it makes it great for the hobby. I came very close to not collecting at all and I knew I had to make the decision that I had to give some of them up. It hard but becomes very realistic. This is a hobby and does not pay the bills or put food on the table. I will be selling more soon, but not my horse chips.
