Being a former Chef of the Steakhouse at then Trump Castle, i am impartial towards that one. I still stay in contact with the Executive Chef there and I know if he has anything to do with that restaurant (and he does) I know that it is still excellent. They have since redone the room and menu and from what I have heard, its still great!
