Everybody seems to be cashing in on these Vineyards. There's no shortage of auction listings, but people are paying big $$ for these "rare" chips.
The Chipco Vineyard chips showed up pretty recently (the last 2 months or so), I don't know who had them made though.
Looking around today, I see that Blue Chip is also manufacturing a Vineyard chip. A quote from the auction description is below.
"Now a commemorative has been issued that is true to the original design, with the same authentic clay composition and edge spot designs. Produced on the 'shell' mold. "
