Barry, I've seen a least 4 different gaffed dealing shoes over the years. One simply had a small mirror glued on the side of the lip. The really good one had a mirror inlaid into the corner of the lip in such a way it was only visable to anyone standing behind it. Another had a drop piece that came down when you applied pressure holding the top card so you could deal the second. I am also sure that there are many more I have not seen. Jim
