At the bottom of the reverse between the two stars you will see an F with a bar through it. That is the Franklin Mint mark, Phyllis.
According to FM records, all the 1967 dollar tokens struck for Nevada casinos were Franklinium, the metal used for regular-play tokens in the casino. None were sterling silver. It's just about impossible to tell the difference between the proof and the prooflike strikes after they are removed from the collector album of issue. Both have mirrored fields and are essentially perfect strikes.
