if you list your item and include the aprox fees for paypal in your shipping. you should not suffer and it is perfectly legal to include it in your shipping fees. if more than one item per person then you have more room to give a reduced shipping but still include the fees and shipping this works very well unles you are one of the sellers who make their profit in shipping. if you keep your shipping well in line with actual shiping this works well for every one.
