Pete, having worked for the old time bosses, the corporations, and the Indians I rank them this way:
1. The Old time bosses
2. The Indians
3. The corporations

The old guys cared about their people, they new the front liners made them the money, and it was more of a 'team' than the corporate guys could ever muster.

The Indians also care about their employees and I've found you can believe al least 85% of what they tell you.

The corporations care about one thing, the bottom line. I have many friends who work for and in a couple cases run these corporations. I'm not saying anything I wouldn't sat to them. In todays gaming business only one thing counts: $$$$$$
