it looks as if i may be losing my first chip in the postal service... the Las vegas dealer has a good ebay rating, but the chip was paid for on april 6, and allowing for check to clear, should be here by now. I have asked the dealer to initiate a trace on this item which i gather was shipped first class, but not registered or certified. I notice that paypal offers 500.00 insurance my question, does the buyer/bidder have to be the insured party? I have never dealt with paypal Thanks for any input on this (this was an ebay transaction, not a retail sale)
