I have definitely seen the linen pattern before. I have seen the inlays with the linen pattern on them.

I did locate this chip. This chip has the top layer of the inlay sandwich missing. The inlay of a c&s is made of 2 layers of cellulous nitrate (celluloid). The thinner layer has the litho printed on it. A clear thicker filmed lays on top. My inlay sandwich separated somehow with the bottm layer staying in the chip.
