He's using the Chip Board to put out a trade request, then ignoring any and all responses except trade offers. That's not too bad, considering how his reputation is (properly) dragged through the mud in response to every one of his posts, and the chance of anyone actually taking the high risk to trade with him is dramatically reduced.

To get his attention, put a response here on the Chip Board, and email him a copy to alpha1243@hotmail.com - that's what I did with the original version of the canned form letter (which I'll dutifully include in this thread) and it resulted in his attempted "explanation" of why he doesn't bother to explain anything.

Don't expect any resolution or explanation from him in response, though - it's anyone's guess why he either doesn't understand why he's wrong, or refuses to make good on his bad dealings.
