You responded that a person is not paying there fare of taxes when "It's the fact that they don't pay taxes on all they earn"

When I bring to your attention large numbers of people (probably the vast majority) don't report all their income, you now say its a matter of degree.

So now I ask you exactly how much am I allowed to cheat on my taxes and still be paying my fair share.

is it a percentage? or a flat amount?
