"Would you tip on top of the service charge?"

I never tip less than 20% unless the service is real bad. If I see a service charge it is usually 15-18% I always make a comment like To bad they put a ___ Service charge because I was going to leave more. I guess that's all you want.

Once in a Chineese resturant in NYC the service was real bad and I left a small tip. I evened it out to whatever the next 10 amount was. The waiter came after me in the street and said I didn't leave a big enough tip. I told him he was lucky I left him anything at all. Barry
