I'm a poker dealer and APPALLED that one would not consider toking the dealers if a portion of the buy in goes to the dealers. Let me tell you that portion is TINY. I agree 10% is on the high end but if you won 1800 and didn't tip at all...well you would not be thought fondly of the next time you came in.
