Almost 2 months after a co-worker of my father brought back some chips from the Casino Plaza in Quito Ecuador for me there now has apparently been a Coupe D'Tate and the President of Ecuador has fled to Brazil and was giving diplomatic asylum while the Vice President of Ecuador seized power.

There is also reportedly people running amok in the street of Quito. It's a good bet that the company my father works for won't be sending anyone to Ecuador anytime soon. So it's a good thing I got my chips when I did.
