I saw those chips on eBay and wondered why they would make a gaming chip knowing they were about to close. Never did bid on one. However, I paid too much for my first chip (on consignment in a gift shop) because I was totally uneducated on chip prices. I still might pay too much for a chip if I like it well enough, but not very often?
