Paul got the same treatment that I did from Vic. His chips were lost in the mail....Sometimes this happens , which I readily admit. When it does happen the party who mailed the chips usually takes responsibility, and sends more. Vic DOES NOT. He simply reminds you that "these things happen", and never speaks to you after that.
