I purchased 200 of these chips for 60 cents each from the Paulson outlet store in Atlantic City a few years ago and sent one out (complimentary) to all of my new issues subscribers at the time.

No ... they are definitely NOT "rare". It's typical ebay seller hype. Thousands and thousands of these chips were made.
