I know the person who bought this chip. I informed them that is was a Counterfeit. The person is a CC>CC Member. I asked them to either destroy the item or donate it to the CC>CC collection. The item was bought and sold through a proxy bid.

I have had not heard back from them yet.

I have the item in my possesion.
