These chips were made from the early 1900's into the 1940's. The US Playing Card Co. in Cincinnati made many of them. The ones you show are pretty common designs. I think they are in the buck or two price range if they are in nice shape. As you know the three most important things in collecting is "condition", "condition", and......I forget the other one. As an old coin collector, I don't advise cleaning. However chips are more forgiving than coins. Hope this helps.
