Having been on the other side of the table...
If you know anyone that works there get them to get you some company info/employee hand book if they can. If not, visit the HD corporate page and find their mission statement.
Look at your job and then translate everything you do into something they do. Answering phones, taking care of customer concerns, responding to deadlines, independant worker (little supervision needed)...etc.
And look at the people interviewing you as customers that you deal with in the job you have now...really! It will put you at ease to see them as people you deal with all the time.
Humor...it can go either way in an interview. I'd suggest avoiding it.
Religion...don't go there.
Anyone who has interviewed people can give you countless horror stories...just be good and good luck.
