This chip is listed in James Campiglia's new book, but he indicated one that was retrieved out of lucite. To the best of my knowledge these were only issued in lucite.(much the same as the $100 Harrah's Shreveport A J Foyt chips) Harrah's only give these special friends and customers. Have no idea how many exist. But here is what it looks like in lucite.
