Tonight’s selection comes from the country of Haiti on the island of Hispañola in the Caribbean Sea. The note is a 2004 issue 500 Gourdes, it was issued late in 2004 and has yet to receive a catalogue number. It was designed to celebrate Haiti’s bicentennial, it is an especially colorful note with a foil strip with a bright and colorful hologram. The collector value for a newly issued note is averaging $45 in UNC condition, any thing less than UNC is going for face. Enjoy!
