This chip is from the Northern Prarie Performing Arts charity casino, North Dakota. I am starting to catalog the charity casino chips from North Dakota with the first of several articles in the next club magazine. I also have some for sell/trade, includding what looks like roulette chips, but they call the game "Paddlewheel".
