Hi, they are not crest and seal chips, as most use the term. Crest and seal chips, among other attributes, have litho (printed) inlays. With your chips, the inlay is one plain color. ....... ........ I have the chips in rust, brown, yellow and pink. I have these traders: rust, brown and yellow. ..... ....... I don't know where they were used. Not particularly rare.
