I didn't say that Trademark designed or owns the rights to the Isthmus chip. I said that all orders must pass through them. Here is the message from Paulson to me when I tried to place an order for 200,000 chips of my new Pharaoh's Club chips:
Dear Mr. Cagle:
Thank you for inquiring about our company’s chips. We have recently developed a range of Paulson poker chips that are available to the public through an exclusive wholesaler. Generally, we only sell our products directly to licensed casinos. They can do large quantity custom orders for you.
You can get more information about these Paulson poker chips by contacting “Trademark Pokerä” at www.trademarkpoker.com or at 1-800-218-0104.
Regards,

Notice it says "exclusive wholesaler" which is what I'm trying to tell you. Trademark sold Josh the JB's, I also know that firsthand from TM, and I know how many he sold and how fast he sold them. Josh is plenty upset with me right now, partly because I don't like the first mold on his JB chips, and partly because of my new Pharaoh's Club line.
