If someone is going to buy your collection, to resell, they will need some margin to make a profit. On common chips a dealer will take a beating, because they often only re-sell for face. Keep that in mind.
Best bet for you is to find a new collector who doesn't have most of the chips and wants to improve his or her collection in a large way.
Otherwise you will probably realise the best prices by putting them up on eBay one by one. That's alot of work for the little that you will gain and what it will cost you in time, fees, shipping and other expenses.
You could break them up by region or state, or type of chip, and find people with special interests, which might be the best answer.
For example a group of only roulette chips. Make some groups by individual state. A batch of Nevada $1 chips. A batch of $5 LEs. Etc.
Good luck and best wishes for the business venture!
