I think in a general sense Jim, that it means that there is no market record or so little market record of sales of a particular chip to give that chip a meaningful value. Perhaps the chip exists in such scarce numbers or is unique and that public sales are unknown or not documented. Also consider a chip that has been sitting in private collections for so long that past sales figures have become irrelevent. Of course... I could be WRONG!
