The seller is actually a re-seller, not the real owner. One of those place that are appearing everywhere in local malls where people drop their stuff and they take care of selling it via ebay. They have no true knowledge of the item. I feel sorry for the newbies bidding on the item, but at the same time I feel that it is also the responsability of the buyer to know what he/she is buying. I emailed the seller indicating that the chip is a reproduction, will see what they say.
