That exact picture isn't in the movie...it must be a publicity photo, so it's good that they grant permission to use it for publicity!
I think it's the casino manager that invites Joan (Barbara) to play in a poker game, with a few high rollers, in his suite. Her response is "I find I don't care much for gambling. It's noisy and confusing, and just a little dirty." (That answer was for her sister's benefit.)
Later she accepts the invitation, he stakes her and promises her 20% of any winnings. After hours of play the window blinds are opened and daylight shines in. She's too tired to play anymore and (under protest from the gentlemen, all of whom lost) the game breaks up. That's the scene your photo is from, but the camera angle is different in the movie. Also, she raises her hands to her head and her face, but doesn't really clasp them in front of her, in the movie.
I bought the movie on ebay a couple of weeks ago...there's a few GREAT old Vegas shots!!
