Being that I don't live in Las Vegas and only on occassionally collect chips from Nevada that interest me, I've actually never seen this chip or heard any stories about it. It not even on Paul Hegge's Visual Chip Rack website.

Would someone please be so kind as to fill me in or point me to a website or a post on this board about this chip and what the whole hoo-ha is?

BTW posts here would be appreciate for right now because I am having problems with my email account and can't access it.
