That looks like an interesting book. I'm putting together a photo project of Northern Ky. tokens. I have about seven different variations of the boxing glove piece from Joe Anderson's Cafe and all of the Ky. tokens you show on that page. I heard that Joe and Jack Dempsey were close friends and if someone presented a glove token in Dempsey's N.Y. restaurant it was good for a drink there too.
