in all fairness, I was never planning on selling them. A financial hardship has left me with little choice though.

I know of the controversy, but it was never intended at the time the chip was produced. I don't even know Mark, it was worked out with someone else who appearantly went to mark for production. I had no idea at the time that the controversy issue would arise.
