Well, after (7) Phone calls to Discover and The Riviera, all I know is you better check out at the Desk!
I called the players club to get rates, it was over a year scene I stayed at the Riviera,
So she gave me a non players rate and told me they would track my play and,
if, I Played a 100 points they would give me the players rate of $40.00.
To give you an Idea of what a 100 points is,
it's the same as $1.00 Riv Bucks.
One of the "Rub for luck" chips cost $2.00 Riv Bucks.
That being said, I took home 14 "Rub for Luck" chips!
What, I was told, I was Billed $39.50 a day for the room. and My wife was Billed $39.50, the room was split!
Split??? What $#^% is that? So after Talking to the Slot Club, Billing, Hotel Services, and some VP Guy?
Because I used the video check out, I was Billed for my half of the room!
If you use your players club card you need to go to the players Desk and see if you get a reduced room rate,
Then go the desk to check out!
if you use the Video check out you will be billed regular rates!
I was told I played enough to have the room comped!
So, She was going to refund the charges!
Is it normal for a hotel to split rooms and charge a Credit card twice in one day?
At The Riviera you need to ask to have the room put in under 1 players card,
you need to ask for Room discount or comp,before you check out.
The Real nice part, I was Mailed a Bill for $89.94 and charged that twice on my statement???
Why only one Bill if the room was Split?
Hey maybe they didn't have my wife's address!
I don't even know why I'am mad every thing is normal.
