Okay, so maybe I'm just venting here, but I have to share this story.

I just stopped at Kinko's on Sahara to make some color photocopies. There was a long line at the full service counter. I went to the self service area and when I opened the lid to make the copies I wasn't sure which way to set the paper on the glass. An employee was standing next to me and I asked, "Does the paper go like this or like this" as I motioned with the paper in my hand. The remainder of the conversation follows:

I can't tell you.

What?

I'm sorry, I can't tell you. It's a self service area.

You're kidding, right? I just need to know which direction to put the paper.

No, sir. I can't tell you. It's a self service machine.

I'm getting ready to make six color copies at 93 cents each. All I want to know is which way to put the paper and you can't tell me?
