The seller may very well be correct ... but it was the seller's responsibility to disclose the shipping cost BEFORE the package was mailed ... not after the fact.

Suppose the buyer does not want to purchase the item with the increased shipping cost?

Is it the buyer's responsibility to incur additional costs to return the item to the seller in the UK and incur additional mailing costs?? I don't think so!!
