"When ever I am in doubt, I take a package to the Post Office and ask them what the "Postage is?".
I recommend you take your package (When you receive it) to the Post Office and ask what the Correct Postage is to/from the Location.
***Further, there are several options for shipping. Ask what the other methods are and charges. (Forget by Boat).
