Like Rick, I do believe I remember every one.
I believe one they missed was having to sit at least 10 feet away from your TV for fear of eye damage. And this was when you only had a 15" screen.
BTW, I do believe I had one of the first remote control TVs. It was a Philco 13" b&w. It had a rubber bulb attached to a 6' plastic tube that was inserted into a hole in the front of the TV. When you squeezed the bulb the air pressure would "turn" the channel. Of course if you didn't squeeze hard enough nothing would happen. It was the plasma TV of the day.
